Cancellations Policy
My cancellations policy is as follows for all services.
Cancellations by me:
I will only cancel a session due to illness or health and safety concerns. You will not be charged if I have cancelled a session (unless I have to cancel due to dangerous or antisocial behaviour towards myself, another customer or any other person nearby).
Illness covers any health condition which would mean I am unable to safely attend or run a session, or if there is a risk of passing on an illness to yourself or other customers.
Health and Safety concerns could include (but are not limited to): Weather, Crime, Access or Government Guidance.
Weather:
Sessions can still run in bad weather. I will ensure that the session is as safe as possible, for example I will avoid exercises including laying down (sit ups etc.) when it is wet or snowy. Sessions will be cancelled if I believe the weather creates a dangerous environment or access conditions. This could include boggy fields, local flooding or snow in cases that road travel is dangerous. Consideration will also be made towards the safety of access and efficiency of emergency services.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are correctly equipped and clothed for the expected weather conditions. I typically recommend wearing multiple layers in cold weather, so you can remove a layer at a time to avoid overheating once we have began exercising.
Cancellations by you:
For all services, cancellations should be made at least 24hours in advance. For illnesses (of yourselves or family) that restrict you from participating, cancellations should be made at least an hour before the session. Failure to cancel within the aforementioned timeframes will result in you being charged. (If you are aware that the area of training is likely to be dangerous, please inform me as soon as possible so we can rearrange location or time.
Covid-19 cancellations:
Should you display symptoms, test positive, have to isolate or receive government guidance telling you to isolate please let me know as soon as possible. In instances of Covid-19, you will not be charged as long as you cancel as soon as possible, before the beginning of the session (even if you are only made aware 5 minutes before the session). If you do not inform me until after the start of the session, this will be classed as a no-show and you will be charged.
