Programme Design
No two people are exactly the same, so why should two programmes be the same?
When designing your programmes and sessions, I will tailor them to you as much as possible.
The best part?
My programmes include a guide to arranging your own progression, so you can experience results from your programme for much longer than other programmes! Obviously, if you want me to help you with progression, then you can get in touch when you feel the programme is getting to easy to discuss progressing!
How do I do this?
The first consideration will be your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, run a marathon, swim 5km, or just walk up the stairs without losing your breath. No goal is too big or too small!
I will then consider what you enjoy.
Want to lose weight but hate running? Then we could try swimming, skipping, jumping, Intervals, cycling...
Want to build muscle but hate weights? Then lets get outside and use bodyweight, tyres, kettlebells, sandbags, or even rocks!
Want to run a marathon but hate running? Unfortunately, this is out of my control and running will be a large part of the programme... but that doesn't mean it has to be boring, especially in the tech era we are in now! Listen to music, a podcast, or jump on the treadmill and catch up on those Netflix shows, while running!

This programme does not need to be one I have designed. It could be from someone else, the internet or yourself! A fresh set of eyes can help evolve your training to the next level!
