Group personal training will be tailored to the group as much as possible and benefits from the same benefits as the single personal training - at a reduced individual cost!
Ideal for groups wanting to achieve a common goal, such as a fun run or sporting event!
Half Hour Personal Training Sessions!
Maybe you are new to exercise, have less time or need less support, half hour personal training sessions are available now!
If you are new to doing exercise, half hour sessions are ideal to reduce the risks of overtraining, therefore being a lot more effective than an hour long session.
If you don't have as much time available, a half hour session can still give you an effective work out, in less time, and can be easily fitted into a busy schedule.
New Option to All Personal Training
A biomechanical analysis can show you how you could improve your technique, in individual exercises or sporting performances.
It could also set you back a huge lump of money.
I now offer a basic analysis, allowing slow motion viewing, frame by frame viewing, angle measurements, and simple analysis, absolutely free within any personal training session.

Hi I am interested in some training sessions I would rather do pay as you go I find the gyms can he a bit boring and hard to get motivated so an out door training session sounds a lot more interesting
Where do you train from ? And would definitely be interested in getting a session booked ASAP to get myself motivated
